The Carter Lions basketball team (Rialto, CA), was overwhelmed 66-25 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Silverado Hawks (Victorville, CA)
The Hawks now possess a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Victor Valley for a Desert Sky battle on Wednesday, January 4. Silverado will confront a Jackrabbits team coming off a 43-38 non-league win over Lancaster (Lancaster, CA). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 10-5.
The Lions (8-7) will now prepare for their battle against Rim of the World (Lake Arrowhead, CA). The Fighting Scots come into the non-league battle with a 1-4 record.
