Texas High School Basketball - Cornerstone Christian Academy can't hold off First Baptist

The Cornerstone Christian Academy Crusaders basketball team (Granbury, TX), was nudged 38-33 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host First Baptist Saints (Dallas, TX)

The Saints now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Covenant for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 3. First Baptist will battle a Knights team coming off a 55-16 non-league loss to Cornerstone Christian Academy (McKinney, TX). The Knights record now stands at 0-1.

The Crusaders (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Grace Prep (Arlington, TX). The Lions come into the non-league battle with a 15-4 record.
