Texas High School Basketball - Diboll can't hold off Latexo

The Latexo Tigers basketball team scored 35 points and held the host Diboll Lumberjacks to 33 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Tigers now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spurger for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 28. Latexo will battle a Pirates team coming off a 34-31 non-league loss to Diboll (Diboll, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 5-10.
The Lumberjacks (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Pollok Central (Pollok, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 3A Region III District 21 contest with a 5-9 record. In their last contest, Pollok Central was nudged by Alvarado (Alvarado, TX), 64-56, in a non-league contest.
