Texas High School Basketball - Florence tipped by Skidmore-Tynan

The Skidmore-Tynan Bobcats basketball team scored 45 points and held the host Florence Buffaloes to 42 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bobcats now sport a 24-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Goliad for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. Skidmore-Tynan will meet a Tigers team coming off a 32-24 non-league win over San Isidro (San Isidro, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 12-9.
The Buffaloes (0-12) will now prepare for their contest against Llano (Llano, TX). The Yellowjackets enter the 3A Region I District 5 contest with a 4-14 record. In their last contest, Llano was nudged by Lampasas (Lampasas, TX), 57-19, in a non-league contest.
