Mercy Jaguars (Louisville, KY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Florida State University High School Seminoles (Tallahassee, FL), 73-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mercy improves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Whitefield Academy (Louisville, KY) to confront the Wildcats in a District 24 challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 10-2.

Next up, the Seminoles confront the American Heritage Patriots (Plantation, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 29. Florida State University High School will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record.
