California High School Basketball - La Jolla ripped by Montgomery

December 28, 2022: San Diego, CA 92154

The Montgomery Aztecs basketball team scored 77 points and held the visiting La Jolla Vikings to 29 in the Aztecs non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Aztecs now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calexico for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Montgomery will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 48-28 non-league win over Escondido Charter (Escondido, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-4.

The Vikings (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Chula Vista (Chula Vista, CA). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 5-9 record. In their last contest, Chula Vista triumphed over Liberty Charter (Lemon Grove, CA), 54-32, in a non-league game.
