Southwest Christian Stars (Chaska, MN) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Litchfield Dragons (Litchfield, MN), 75-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Southwest Christian upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Stars travel to Melrose (Melrose, MN) to clash with the Dutchmen in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Dutchmen go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Melrose won 43-38 in their recent non-league bout against Concordia Academy/Hand in Hand Christian Montessori (Roseville, MN)

Next up, the Dragons clash with the Moose Lake/Willow River Rebels (Moose Lake, MN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 29. Litchfield will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Rebels go into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 78-57 non-league loss to St. Cloud Cathedral (St. Cloud, MN).
