The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 2-8. Connellsville lost 44-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Yough (Herminie, PA)

Next up, the Ironmen play the Clairton Bears (Clairton, PA) in a WPIAL 2A 3 challenge, on Wednesday, January 4. Steel Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 54-20 non-league win over Jeannette (Jeannette, PA).
