Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Palisades ripped by Panther Valley

The Panther Valley Panthers basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Palisades Pirates to 31 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Panthers now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pottsville for a Schuylkill County 1 contest on Friday, January 6. Panther Valley will battle a Crimson Tide team coming off a 45-30 non-league win over Daniel Boone (Birdsboro, PA). The Crimson Tide record now stands at 2-2.

The Pirates (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Pen Argyl (Pen Argyl, PA). The Green Knights enter the Colonial - East contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Pen Argyl was routed by Bangor (Bangor, PA), 40-37, in a league contest.
