In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Plano Reapers basketball team scored a tight 42-39 triumph over the Reed-Custer Comets.

In their next game, the Reapers meet the Wheaton Academy Warriors (West Chicago, IL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 29. Plano will attempt to move on its 7-8 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 7-6 record after their 30-21 non-league win over St. Edward (Elgin, IL).
