The Albany Warriors (Albany, MO) basketball nipped the host Tri-County Mustangs (Jamesport, MO), 41-38 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Warriors (5-5) will now prepare for their test against St. Joseph Christian (St. Joseph, MO). The Lions go into the Grand River West test with a 11-1 record. In their last test, St. Joseph Christian got by Meadville (Meadville, MO), 62-59, in a non-league test.
The Mustangs now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Winston for a HDC test on Tuesday, January 16.
