North Carolina High School Basketball - Bandys can't hold off Ashbrook

December 28, 2023: Catawba, NC 28609

The Ashbrook Greenwave basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the host Bandys Trojans to 69 in the Greenwave non-league victory on Thursday.

The Greenwave now sport a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Lincoln for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Ashbrook will battle a Knights team coming off a 83-43 non-league win over Forestview (Gastonia, NC). The Knights record now stands at 8-2.

The Trojans (9-1) will now prepare for their contest against Forestview (Gastonia, NC). The Jaguars come into the non-league contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Forestview was nudged by North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC), 83-43, in a non-league contest.
