The Berkeley Yellowjackets basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Saint Francis Lancers to 35 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Douglas for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Berkeley will battle a Tigers team coming off a 52-47 non-league win over Bellarmine Prep (Tacoma, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-9.
The Lancers (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Archbishop Riordan (San Francisco, CA). The Crusaders enter the West Catholic contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Archbishop Riordan triumphed over Clovis North (Fresno, CA), 74-65, in a non-league contest.
