Byhalia Indians (Byhalia, MS) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Tunica Academy Blue Devils (Tunica, MS), 69-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Byhalia upgrades its record to 3-6 on the season. The Indians travel to Northpoint Christian (Southaven, MS) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 2. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Northpoint Christian lost 63-49 in their recent non-league bout against Bolivar Central (Bolivar, TN)

Next up, the Blue Devils clash with the Lake Cormorant (Lake Cormorant, MS) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Tunica Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
