Kentucky High School Basketball - Campbell County topples Pike County Central

December 28, 2023: Alexandria, KY 41001

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Campbell County Camels (Alexandria, KY) basketball squad beat the visiting Pike County Central Hawks (Pikeville, KY), by a margin of 68-54.

The Camels (7-1) will now prepare for their outing against Bryan Station (Lexington, KY). The Defenders go into the non-league outing with a 9-1 record.

The Hawks now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they host Floyd Central for a non-league outing on Thursday, January 4. Pike County Central will clash with a Jaguars squad coming off a 63-49 non-league loss to Avon (Avon, IN). The Jaguars record now stands at 7-5.
