Texas High School Basketball - Center can't hold off Hardin-Jefferson

The Hardin-Jefferson Hawks basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the visiting Center Roughriders to 64 in the Hawks non-league victory on Thursday.
The Hawks now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bridge City for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Hardin-Jefferson will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 71-44 non-league loss to Center (Center, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 13-9.
The Roughriders (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Bridge City (Bridge City, TX). The Cardinals come into the non-league contest with a 13-7 record. In their last contest, Bridge City edged St. Frederick (Monroe, LA), 65-54, in a non-league contest.
