Nevada High School Basketball - Wooster tops Cheyenne

Wooster Colts (Reno, NV) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Cheyenne Desert Shields (North Las Vegas, NV), 53-37 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Wooster upgrades its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Troy (Fullerton, CA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 12-5. Troy won 61-24 in their recent non-league bout against Chowchilla (Chowchilla, CA)

Next up, the Desert Shields play the Chowchilla Tribe (Chowchilla, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Cheyenne will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Tribe come into the bout with a 10-6 record after their 61-24 non-league loss to Troy (Fullerton, CA).
