The Coolidge Yellowjackets basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Moody Bearcats to 27 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Texas Wind for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Coolidge will battle a team coming off a 47-39 non-league win over Axtell (Axtell, TX). The record now stands at 10-4.
The Bearcats (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Axtell (Axtell, TX). The Longhorns enter the non-league contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, Axtell was defeated by Crawford (Crawford, TX), 48-37, in a non-league contest.
