With the victory, Crockett upgrades its record to 6-14 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to San Diego (San Diego, TX) to play the Vaqueros in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Vaqueros come into the bout with a record of 14-2. San Diego won 57-41 in their recent non-league bout against Mathis (Mathis, TX)

Next up, the play the Laredo LBJ Wolves (Laredo, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Vanguard Academy Beethoven will attempt to upgrade on its 4-14 season record. The Wolves come into the bout with a 9-12 record after their 55-53 non-league win over Nixon (Laredo, TX).
