The Wilbur Cross Governors basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting Danbury Hatters to 58 in the Governors non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Governors now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hall for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Wilbur Cross will meet a Titans team coming off a 58-43 league win over Avon (Avon, CT). The Titans record now stands at 3-1.
The Hatters (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Waterbury Career Academy (Waterbury, CT). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Waterbury Career Academy ran past Kennedy (Waterbury, CT), 74-51, in a league contest.
