Texas High School Basketball - Frost can't hold off Dawson

The Dawson Bulldogs basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Frost Polar Bears to 53 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Non Varsity Tournament Opponent for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Dawson will battle a team coming off a 42-40 non-league loss to Troy (Troy, TX). The record now stands at 52-167.
The Polar Bears (7-11) will now prepare for their contest against Aquilla (Aquilla, TX). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 6-11 record. In their last contest, Aquilla edged Gholson (Waco, TX), 76-31, in a league contest.
