The Fulton Pirates basketball team (Middleton, MI), was routed 60-32 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Ithaca Yellowjackets (Ithaca, MI)
The Yellowjackets now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Michigan Lutheran Seminary for a Tri-Valley - Blue battle on Friday, January 5. Ithaca will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 57-55 league loss to Carrollton (Carrollton, MI). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-2.
The Pirates (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Merrill (Merrill, MI). The Vandals come into the Mid-State battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Merrill was routed by Fulton (Middleton, MI), 54-45, in a league battle.
