The Georgetown Eagles basketball team scored 86 points and held the visiting Greenwood Rangers to 59 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canyon Lake for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 28. Georgetown will battle a team coming off a 46-40 league win over Fredericksburg (Fredericksburg, TX). The record now stands at 9-10.
The Rangers (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against Burnet (Burnet, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 11-7 record. In their last contest, Burnet triumphed over Fredericksburg (Fredericksburg, TX), 56-45, in a non-league contest.
