Grape Creek Eagles (San Angelo, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mason Punchers (Mason, TX), 57-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Grape Creek upgrades its record to 7-10 on the season. The Eagles travel to Nueces Canyon (Barksdale, TX) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 1-4.

Next up, the Punchers play the Sonora Broncos (Sonora, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Mason will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Broncos go into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 61-35 non-league win over Harper (Harper, TX).
