Texas High School Basketball - Westbrook trounces Hamlin

December 28, 2023: Hamlin, TX 79520

The Westbrook Wildcats (Westbrook, TX) basketball crushed the host Hamlin Pied Pipers (Hamlin, TX), 58-18 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Wildcats (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Paducah (Paducah, TX). The Dragons go into the non-league test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, Paducah was trounced by Wheeler (Wheeler, TX), 78-43, in a non-league test.

The Pied Pipers now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they travel to Albany for a 2A Region II District 10 test on Tuesday, January 2. Hamlin will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 63-25 non-league win over Sidney (Sidney, TX). The Lions record now stands at 2-0.
