Washington High School Basketball - Highland ripped by River View

The River View Panthers basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Highland Scots to 28 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Panthers now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Riverside for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 2. River View will battle a Pirates team coming off a 52-49 non-league win over Knappa (Astoria, OR). The Pirates record now stands at 12-1.

The Scots (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Riverside Christian (Yakima, WA). The Crusaders enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Riverside Christian triumphed over Kalama (Kalama, WA), 65-59, in a non-league contest.
