The Millard Eagles basketball team (Fillmore, UT), was overwhelmed 72-49 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Juab Wasps (Nephi, UT)

The Wasps now possess a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Sanpete for a 3A Region 12 battle on Wednesday, January 3. Juab will confront a Hawks team coming off a 62-56 non-league loss to Providence Hall (Herriman, UT). The Hawks record now stands at 5-5.

The Eagles (0-11) will now prepare for their battle against Gunnison Valley (Gunnison, UT). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Gunnison Valley was overwhelmed by Providence Hall (Herriman, UT), 59-49, in a non-league battle.
