Minnesota High School Basketball - Maple River ripped by New Ulm

The New Ulm Eagles basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Maple River Eagles to 38 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blackduck for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4. New Ulm will battle a Drakes team coming off a 73-63 non-league loss to Hill City (Hill City, MN). The Drakes record now stands at 0-6.
The Eagles (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Ellendale (Ellendale, ND). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Ellendale triumphed over Lisbon (Lisbon, ND), 57-50, in a non-league contest.
