Illinois High School Basketball - Prospect fells Wauconda

Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Wauconda Bulldogs (Wauconda, IL), 47-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Prospect upgrades its record to 10-4 on the season. The Knights host Antioch (Antioch, IL) to play the Sequoits in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Sequoits go into the bout with a record of 6-6. Antioch won 58-42 in their recent non-league bout against Buffalo Grove (Buffalo Grove, IL)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Barrington Fillies/Broncos (Barrington, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Wauconda will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Fillies/Broncos go into the bout with a 10-3 record after their 70-46 non-league win over Cary-Grove (Cary, IL).
