Sierra Lutheran Falcons (Carson City, NV) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host North Valleys Panthers (Reno, NV), 41-30 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Sierra Lutheran upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season.

Next up, the Panthers play the Lowry Buckaroos (Winnemucca, NV) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 4. North Valleys will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Buckaroos go into the bout with a 0-7 record after their 55-1 non-league loss to Reno (Reno, NV).
