The Astoria Fishermen (Astoria, OR) basketball crushed the visiting Warrenton Warriors (Warrenton, OR), 58-24 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Fishermen (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Valley Catholic (Beaverton, OR). The Valiants go into the non-league test with a 6-1 record. In their last test, Valley Catholic walloped Tillamook (Tillamook, OR), 42-38, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Tillamook for a non-league test on Friday, December 29. Warrenton will meet a Cheesemakers team coming off a 42-38 non-league loss to Valley Catholic (Beaverton, OR). The Cheesemakers record now stands at 6-3.
