With the win, Benjamin Franklin upgrades its record to 8-8 on the season. The Falcons host Houma Christian (Houma, LA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 4. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Houma Christian won 38-37 in their recent non-league bout against South Terrebonne (Bourg, LA)

Next up, the play the Willow Lions (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Haynes Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 49-19 non-league win over Wright (New Orleans, LA).
