Maryland High School Basketball - Blair knocked off by Quince Orchard

December 28, 2023: Gaithersburg, MD 20878

The Quince Orchard Cougars basketball team scored 34 points and held the visiting Blair Blazers to 23 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Cougars now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clarksburg for a Montgomery County - 4A West contest on Friday, January 5. Quince Orchard will meet a Coyotes team coming off a 39-29 non-league win over Catoctin (Thurmont, MD). The Coyotes record now stands at 5-2.

The Blazers (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Wootton (Rockville, MD). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record.
