In Thursday's non-league outing, the Brewer Bears (Fort Worth, TX) basketball squad beat the host Hardin-Jefferson Hawks (Sour Lake, TX), by a count of 66-53.
The Bears (19-2) will now prepare for their outing against Bishop Lynch (Dallas, TX). The Friars go into the non-league outing with a 9-9 record. In their last outing, Bishop Lynch was topped by Bishop McGuinness (Oklahoma City, OK), 45-43, in a non-league outing.
