South Dakota High School Basketball - Campbell County crushes Viborg/Hurley

Campbell County Camels (Gillette, WY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Viborg/Hurley Cougars (Viborg, SD), 62-23 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Campbell County upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Camels travel to Rapid City Christian (Rapid City, SD) to clash with the Comets in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Comets go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Rapid City Christian won 49-25 in their recent non-league bout against Lakota Tech (Pine Ridge, SD)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the Wessington Springs Spartans (Wessington Springs, SD) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Viborg/Hurley will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 47-19 non-league win over Sunshine Bible Academy (Miller, SD).
