With the victory, Davidson upgrades its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Warriors host Lumberton (Lumberton, MS) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 10-5. Lumberton lost 66-57 in their recent non-league bout against Bryant (Irvington, AL)

Next up, the Hornets play the D'Iberville Warriors (D'Iberville, MS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 9-7 record after their 74-39 non-league win over Greene County (Leakesville, MS).
