In Thursday's non-league outing, the Decatur Seahawks (Berlin, MD) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Laurel Bulldogs (Laurel, DE), by a count of 53-12.
The Seahawks (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against Pocomoke (Pocomoke, MD). The Warriors go into the Bayside - South outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Pocomoke smashed Kent County (Worton, MD), 60-39, in a non-league outing.
The Bulldogs now hold a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Woodbridge for a Henlopen - Southern outing on Thursday, January 4. Laurel will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 55-51 non-league loss to Wilmington Charter (Wilmington, DE). The Raiders record now stands at 2-2.
