The St. Cloud Cathedral Crusaders basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the visiting Litchfield Dragons to 37 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Thursday.
The Crusaders now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Melrose for a AA Section 6 contest on Friday, December 29. St. Cloud Cathedral will battle a Dutchmen team coming off a 59-43 non-league win over Concordia Academy (Roseville, MN). The Dutchmen record now stands at 3-6.
The Dragons (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Concordia Academy/Hand in Hand Christian Montessori (Roseville, MN). The come into the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Concordia Academy/Hand in Hand Christian Montessori dropped by Melrose (Melrose, MN), 59-43, in a non-league contest.
