    In Thursday's non-league outing, the Miller City Wildcats (Miller City, OH) basketball squad nipped the visiting Toledo Christian Eagles (Toledo, OH), by a margin of 46-44.

    The Wildcats (7-3) will now prepare for their outing against Continental (Continental, OH). The Pirates go into the Putnam County outing with a 0-9 record. In their last outing, Continental was tipped by Upper Scioto Valley (McGuffey, OH), 52-39, in a non-league outing.

    The Eagles now own a 7-3 record. They play next when they host Archbold for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 2. Toledo Christian will clash with a Blue Streaks squad coming off a 47-33 non-league loss to Kalida (Kalida, OH). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 5-5.
