West Platte Bluejays (Weston, MO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting North Andrew Cardinals (Rosendale, MO), 49-18 in a non-league bout.

With the win, West Platte upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Bluejays travel to Bishop LeBlond (St. Joseph, MO) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 11-1.

Next up, the Cardinals clash with the Plattsburg Tigers (Plattsburg, MO) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. North Andrew will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 4-8 record after their 58-45 non-league loss to West Nodaway (Burlington Junction, MO).
