Alaska High School Basketball - South Anchorage knocked off by Tikigaq

The Tikigaq Harpooners basketball team scored 67 points and held the host South Anchorage Wolverines to 53 in the Harpooners non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Harpooners now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mountain City Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Tikigaq will meet a Lions team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Kotzebue (Kotzebue, AK). The Lions record now stands at 1-0.

The Wolverines (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Kotzebue (Kotzebue, AK). The Huskies enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Kotzebue was defeated by Mountain City Christian Academy (Anchorage, AK), 1-0, in a non-league contest.
