Bear Creek Bruins (Stockton, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Central Catholic Raiders (Modesto, CA), 34-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Bear Creek upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Bruins travel to Central Valley (Ceres, CA) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league bout on Friday, December 29. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Central Valley lost 27-22 in their recent non-league bout against Johansen (Modesto, CA)

Next up, the Raiders clash with the Downey Knights (Modesto, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Central Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 49-20 non-league win over Bear Creek (Stockton, CA).
