South Carolina High School Basketball - Cane Bay overwhelmed by First Baptist School

The First Baptist School Hurricanes basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting Cane Bay Cobras to 13 in the Hurricanes non-league victory on Thursday.
The Hurricanes now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coastal HomeSchool for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 30. First Baptist School will battle a Hurricanes team coming off a 39-23 non-league loss to Porter-Gaud (Charleston, SC). The Hurricanes record now stands at 2-5.
The Cobras (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop England (Charleston, SC). The Battling Bishops come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Bishop England triumphed over Coastal HomeSchool (Pembroke, GA), 63-21, in a non-league contest.
