John Marshall Justices (Richmond, VA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Mechanicsville Mustangs (Mechanicsville, VA), 58-12 in a non-league bout.

With the win, John Marshall upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Justices travel to J.R. Tucker (Henrico, VA) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the King William Cavaliers (King William, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Mechanicsville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 27-13 non-league win over Mathews (Mathews, VA).
