The Portland Bulldogs ice hockey squad scored 3 points and restricted the host Cony Rams to 2 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Thursday.

With the victory, Portland moves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Thornton Academy (Saco, ME) to face the Trojans in a Class A contest on Wednesday, January 31. The Trojans go into the contest with a record of 4-1.

The Rams now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Presque Isle for a Class B North contest on Saturday, January 6. Cony will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 5-0 league win over Brewer (Brewer, ME). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-1.
