The Cranston East Thunderbolts (Cranston, RI) basketball crushed the visiting Johnston Panthers (Johnston, RI), 70-36 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Thunderbolts (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Cranston West (Cranston, RI). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Cranston West walloped Middletown (Middletown, RI), 59-40, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Shea for a non-league test on Friday, January 5.
