The Elkin Buckin' Elks basketball team (Elkin, NC), was overwhelmed 55-31 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Randleman Tigers (Randleman, NC)
The Tigers now possess a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop McGuinness for a non-league battle on Friday, December 29. Randleman will confront a Villains team coming off a 57-35 non-league win over Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC). The Villains record now stands at 4-2.
The Buckin' Elks (6-4) will now prepare for their battle against Calvary Day School (Winston-Salem, NC). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 10-2 record. In their last battle, Calvary Day School trounced North Surry (Mount Airy, NC), 70-63, in a non-league battle.
