The Wes-Del Warriors (Gaston, IN) basketball nipped the visiting Tri Titans (Straughn, IN), 27-24 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Warriors (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Tri-Central (Sharpsville, IN). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Tri-Central held off North Miami (Denver, IN), 50-36, in a non-league outing.

The Titans now hold a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Waldron for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 3.
