Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Abington overwhelms Northeast

December 28, 2024: Abington, PA 19001

The Abington Galloping Ghosts basketball team scored 75 points and limited the visiting Northeast Vikings to 49 in the Galloping Ghosts non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Galloping Ghosts now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Chester for a non-league game on Monday, December 30. Abington will confront a Clippers team coming off a 63-53 non-league loss to Cheltenham (Wyncote, PA). The Clippers record now stands at 4-4.

With the loss, Northeast falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to George Washington (Philadelphia, PA) to confront the Eagles in a Philadelphia Public - Liberty game on Tuesday, January 7. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 6-3.
