Washington High School Basketball - Sumner triumphant over Archbishop Rummel

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Sumner Spartans (Sumner, WA) and the visiting Archbishop Rummel Raiders (Metairie, LA), observed Sumner's basketball team overwhelm Archbishop Rummel by a score of 65-43.

The Spartans (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bainbridge (Bainbridge Island, WA). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, Bainbridge trounced Eastlake (Sammamish, WA), 58-50, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the Eastlake Wolves (Sammamish, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 30. Archbishop Rummel will attempt to improve on its 8-6 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 58-50 non-league loss to Bainbridge (Bainbridge Island, WA).
